CMS COVID Protocols for Spring Sports

Participants in the CMS Sports Program: 
Must be vaccinated OR Must be signed up with CMS Tuesday weekly testing with Worksite Labs. 
Unvaccinated students that are not participating in weekly CMS Worksite testing WILL NOT be allowed to participate in CMS After School Sports
If your child has already tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 90 days, they are exempt from testing and can still participate.

To register your child for CMS Mountain Biking Team, please complete the registration form below. In order to finalize your enrollment in a sports program, payment must be received.

Mountain Biking Team Suggested Donation Fee: $275

To continue to provide the quantity and quality of after-school sports that has been offered in years past, the PVSD - PTO needs a donation of $275 per athlete for the tennis program. All parent donations are passed through the PTO to pay for program costs. Please help us maintain this invaluable program by donating in support of your student athlete. All proceeds help offset the cost of the Athletics Program. Donations are made through your TeamSnap registration. Donations are appreciated. No student who desires to participate shall be denied the opportunity to participate because of inability to pay the donation.

The 2022 CMS After School Sports Mountain Biking Program is open to all 6th-8th graders.

• Season: 3/15 - 5/20
  
• Intermediate Riders Only - This is not a program for beginners
  
• Grade: 6-8th grade
  
• Day: Thursdays (Occasional Monday)
  
• Time: 3:30 - 5:30
  
• Cost: $275
  
• Coach: Dan Flahavan
  
• Maximum participants - 12 riders
  
• Equipment: must have a good working Mtn. bike.
