PTO Weekly Submission guidelines

Do you have news to announce about an exciting upcoming event or program? Are you ready to promote an opportunity for our students and families to become engaged in a school-related activity? Submit an announcement to our weekly e-newsletter!
COMMUNITY SECTION POST GUIDELINES
*** There is a dedicated webpage for your ads and announcements - a link to the page will be included on the PTO Weekly or can be reached directly through this link. All guidelines must be followed in order to be added to the website before Sunday Weekly is emailed***
Submissions should be emailed to ptoweekly@pvsd.net. The PTO Weekly editors retain the right to edit your announcement for readability and brevity.

- Submissions to The Weekly are due THURSDAY AT NOON before Sunday release dates. We cannot guarantee inclusion in The Weekly if the submission is received after the deadline.
- Submissions to The Weekly must be brief in nature and to the point. Highlight only the most important information that needs to be communicated. We reserve the right to edit content for length.
- Include working links to websites or email addresses for more information.
- Graphics and logos will take up space, so will be used very sparingly. Graphics must be sent as attachment and can only be in .jpg or .png format. Editors retain the right to not add graphic.
- Postings can run for 2 weeks total unless approved otherwise (weeks do not need to be consecutive)
