- Committee Follow Up Form
- Our Committee Follow-up Form is now paperless. At the end of your Committee function or Event, please request access from your PTO President, to an already existing Event Document for your event to update or a blank Committee Follow-up Form for you to complete. This information will be handed to the following year’s Committee Chairperson. This gives the next Chair invaluable insight as well as helping to budget for the next year. Thank you so much for all your work –the PTO greatly appreciates it!
